2022年に開催された第1回東京国際青少年ピアノコンクールでは、世界の状況から予選、本選ともに動画審査となりましたが、2023年開催の第2回からは、予選は動画審査、本選は会場でのライブ審査と動画審査の併用で開催しております。
予選には、毎年日本を含むアジア各地から約2000人のエントリーがあり、そこから選ばれた予選通過者が本選に臨んでいます。
当コンクールでは、国際コンクールにふさわしい一流の音楽家を審査員に迎えております。予選では、参加者全員に審査員からの丁寧なコメントが渡され、さらに優れた演奏者には賞状が授与されます。本選には、動画審査または会場審査のいずれかを選択して参加することが可能で、両審査結果を統合して本選の結果を決定します。本選においても、全参加者に審査員からのコメントが提供されます。優秀な演奏者には賞状と立派な賞杯が授与され、さらに「Hong Kong International Piano Invitational Competition（香港国際ピアノコンクール）」へ出場資格が授与されます。尚、今回2025年の第4回のコンクール上位入賞者には、表彰式で入賞者演奏の機会が与えられます。
アジア音楽家協会は、このコンクールを通じて将来の優秀な演奏家を発掘し、国際交流活動やコンサートに参加できる機会を作ることに力を注いでいきたいと思っております。そしてピアノ音楽を心の架け橋として、世界中の青少年との交流を実現したいと考えております。ぜひ多くの皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。
東京國際青少年鋼琴大賽由亞洲音樂家協會於2022年主辦。亞洲音樂家協會成立於2010年，總部設在香港，由好萊塢著名電影音樂作曲家羅伯特·蘭德雷斯先生擔任主席。自成立以來，亞洲音樂家協會一直在亞洲地區推動音樂事業的發展，舉辦定期比賽、各類演出和論壇等活動。
在2022年舉辦的第一屆東京國際青少年鋼琴大賽中，由於全球狀況，預選賽和決賽都採用了視頻評審。而從2023年第二屆開始，預選賽將繼續採用視頻評審，決賽則同時在現場和通過視頻進行評審。
每年預選賽吸引來自亞洲各地，包括日本在內的約2000名參賽者，通過預選的選手將晉級到決賽。
該賽事邀請到國際一流的音樂家作為評審。在預選賽中，所有參賽者都將收到評審的詳細點評，表現出色的選手將獲得獎狀。決賽可以選擇參與視頻或現場評審，兩種評審結果將合併決定的結果。在決賽中，所有參賽者都將收到評審的點評。優秀的演奏者將獲得獎狀和精美的獎盤，並有資格參加“香港國際鋼琴邀請賽”。此外，本次2025年第4屆比賽的高位獲獎者將在頒獎典禮上獲得演奏機會。
亞洲音樂家協會希望通過這個比賽發掘未來的優秀音樂家，並為他們提供參與國際交流活動和音樂會的機會。我們希望通過鋼琴成為心靈的橋樑，實現與世界各地青少年的交流。誠邀大家踴躍參與。
The Tokyo International Youth Piano Competition, hosted by the Asia Musicians Association since 2022, aims to foster musical development in Asia. Founded in 2010 and based in Hong Kong under the chairmanship of renowned Hollywood film music composer Mr. Robert Randles, the association promotes music through competitions, performances, and forums. The competition adapted to global conditions by using video reviews for preliminary and final rounds initially, with a return to live finals from its second year. Attracting around 2000 Contestants from Asia, including Japan, it offers detailed feedback from top international musicians, with outstanding performers receiving certificates and the chance to participate in the Hong Kong International Piano Invitational Competition. The fourth edition winners have the opportunity to perform at an exclusive concert organized by the association, aiming to bridge young talents worldwide through piano music. Contestant is encouraged to discover future music talents and provide them with international exposure.

ソロ部門と連弾部門または２台ピアノ部門を同時に参加することは可能ですが、ソロ部門に重複して参加することはできません。
課題曲：自由曲１曲または複数曲。但しA1、A2、A3共通で以下の条件を満たすこと。（課題の条件を満たしていない場合は失格となります。）
a) 予選・本選ともに次の作曲家の作品を必ず１曲含むこと。
D.スカルラッティ、G.F.ヘンデル、J.S.バッハ、J.ハイドン、W.A.モーツァルト、L.v.ベートーヴェン
b) 組曲、ソナタからの楽章等の抜粋は可。
c) 変奏曲等の曲の一部省略は不可。
d) 繰り返しの有無は自由。
e) 10分以上20分以内の演奏時間でプログラムを組むこと。
f) 全て暗譜で演奏すること。
課題曲：自由曲1曲または複数曲，かつ共通で以下の条件を満たすこと。
ソナタや組曲からの楽章等の抜粋は可ですが、曲の一部を省略して演奏したり、曲の中の一部分だけを演奏したりすることは不可です。
（課題の条件を満たしていない場合は失格となります。）
曲目要求：一首或多首自選曲目，但必須滿足以下條件，否則將被取消資格。
允許從奏鳴曲或組曲中選取樂章等片段，但不得省略曲目的一部分進行演奏，也不得僅演奏曲目中的某一部分。

Repertoire Requirements: One or more pieces of the Contestant's choice, but they must meet the following conditions, otherwise disqualification will occur.
Excerpts from sonatas or suites may be selected, but no part of a piece may be omitted or performed in isolation.
各部門、各組別において、金賞、銀賞、銅賞、優秀賞、奨励賞を設けます。
金賞、銀賞、銅賞を受賞した参加者は、本選へ進出します。
入賞された方には、賞状が授与されます。
すべての参加者に対して、審査員による電子サイン入りの講評を郵送いたします。
予選通過者の指導者には、「優秀指導者賞」の賞状が授与されます。
※「優秀指導者賞」は複数の指導者が存在する場合でも1名に制限されます。
同じ指導者が複数の生徒によって受賞した場合でも、1名に制限されます。
＜本選＞各部門、各組別の平均点を基に順位を決定いたします。
賞には、第1位から第5位、優秀演奏賞、奨励賞を授与いたします。
各部門、各組別で入賞された方には、賞状と賞杯が授与されます。
各部門、各組別で第1位～５位の方の指導者には、「優秀指導者」の賞状を授与いたします。
※「優秀指導者賞」は複数の指導者が存在する場合でも1名に制限されます。
同じ指導者が複数の生徒によって受賞した場合でも、1名に制限されます。
本選にて優秀な成績の参加者に対して、第16回香港国際ピアノコンクール（本選）
Hong Kong International Piano Invitational Competitionの出場資格を付与いたします。
本選での成績によって優遇措置が提供されますので、詳細については、「香港国際ピアノコンクールへの出場」の欄をご参照ください。
【継続表彰】について
当コンクールに3回以上ご参加いただいた方には、会場で継続表彰（表彰状と表彰楯）を授与します。表彰は3回ごとの節目（3回、6回、9回...）で行い、連続参加でなくても合計3回以上の参加があれば対象となります。
各組別設置金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優秀獎、紀念獎；
獲得金獎、銀獎、銅獎的參賽者頒發證書和獎牌，指導老師頒發“優秀導師獎”；優秀獎、紀念獎選手頒發證書。
獲得金獎、銀獎、銅獎的參賽者晉級總決賽。
各組別設置第1名至第5名、優秀演奏獎和鼓勵獎，獲獎的參賽者將獲得證書和獎盤；
各組別中獲得第1至第5名的導師將獲得“優秀導師獎”的證書。
※ “優秀導師獎”即使同一導師的多名學生獲獎，也將限制為1名。
在決賽中表現出色的選手將獲得第16屆香港國際鋼琴比賽（決賽）
Hong Kong International Piano Invitational Competition的參賽資格。關於【持續參加表彰】 凡累計參加本比賽三次或以上的參賽者，將在比賽現場獲得持續參加表彰（獎狀和獎牌）。 表彰將以每三次為階段（例如第3次、第6次、第9次......）進行，無需連續參加，只要累計參加達到三次或以上即可獲得表彰資格。
Each category will have Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellent Award and Participate Award.
Winners of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards will receive certificates and trophy, and their instructors will be presented with the "Excellent Instructor Award" certificate.
The Contestants receiving the Excellent Award, and Participate Award will be awarded certificates.
Winners of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards will advance to the Final Round.
The ranking is determined based on the average scores of each department and group.
Winners in each category and division receive a certificate and trophy.
The awards include 1st to 5th place, Excellent Performance Award, and Encouragement Award
Instructors of Contestants who place 1st to 5th in each category and division will receive a "Excellent Instructor Award" certificate.
*Note: The "Excellent Instructor Award" award is limited to one per tutor, even if multiple students from the same tutor win. Outstanding performers in the finals will qualify for The 16th Hong Kong International Piano Invitational Competition (Finals) and may receive special offers based on their final results. 【The certificates and trophies for the finals】
Regarding the "Recognition for Continuous Participation":
Contestants who have competed in the competition three times or more will receive a "Recognition for Continuous Participation" (certificate and trophy) at the event.
The recognition will be awarded in stages, every three times (e.g., the 3rd, 6th, 9th participation, etc.). It is not necessary to participate consecutively; as long as the total number of participations reaches three or more, the participant will be eligible for the recognition.

審査：各審査員が100点満点で、1点刻みで採点し、平均点で順位を決定します。
評委：各評委團成員將以滿分100分，每1分為刻度進行評分，然後按平均分的順序確定進入下一輪的參賽者。
Evaluation: Each judge will score out of a total of 100 points, with each point being a scale. The Contestants advancing to the next round will be determined by the order of their average scores.
*Note: If trophies and certificates cannot be delivered on the day due to international travel restrictions or other reasons, they will be mailed later by collect mail.
・各部門、各組別の第１位の入賞者は、本選参加費が全額免除されます。
・各部門、各組別の第２位及び第３位の入賞者は、本選参加費が半額免除されます。

以下是有關參與的詳細資訊要點： ・預選賽，可以通過視頻錄製參加。 ・關於決賽，將採用視頻錄製評審或在香港現場評審，詳情確定後會另行通知。有關報名程式的詳細資訊，請聯繫本事務處。③動画撮影の編集は認めません。一曲めの演奏を始めから演奏する全ての曲が終わるまでを通しで撮影してください。編集が発覚した場合、審査対象外とします。（複数曲を演奏する場合には、最初の曲から最後の曲までを連続して演奏し、それを1つの動画として撮影して提出してください。曲ごとの別撮りは不可です。）
④画質や音質等は審査に含まれませんが、演奏が聴き取れないものや本人と認識できないもの、ピアノ演奏全体が確認できないものはエントリー対象外となります。
⑧提出する演奏動画は、提出３ヶ月以内に本コンクールのために撮影されたものである必要があります。
⑨審査のためにアップロードした動画は、結果発表が行われるまで消去したり、非公開にしたりしないよう、ご注意ください。
⑩動画を限定公開する際、説明欄に必ず演奏者の氏名／部門／作曲家／演奏曲目名を記載して下さい。
3.Videos must be unedited, capturing the performance from start to finish in a single take. Editing disqualifies the entry. (If performing multiple pieces, please play them consecutively from the first to the last piece, recording and submitting it as a single video. Separate recordings for each piece are not allowed.)
4.Video quality and audio quality will not be judged; however, videos where the performance is inaudible, the performer cannot be recognized, or the entire piano performance is not visible will not be eligible for entry.
5. Full body of the performer should be visible, including side face, hands, and pedals. 6. No need for bows before or after the performance. 7. Adhere to repertoire requirements for memorization or sight-reading; failure complies disqualification. 8. Submit videos recorded within the past 3 months for the competition. 9. Do not delete or privatize the video before results are announced.10.When setting the video as unlisted, include the performer's name, category, composer and piece titles in the description.
・When entering the venue, all accompanying persons (except for the instructors) are required to purchase an accompaniment viewing pass. Please purchase the pass in advance by the day before the finals.
