01. 參賽者須按照各組別要求規定進行報名。
Contestants must register according to the requirements of their respective classes.
02. 所有已列明年齡限制之組別，參賽者必須在報名時提交有效身份證明檔或護照的影印件。
組別按參與者的出生年份決定，與月份無關。集體節目按參賽選手的平均年齡來分組。
In classes with specified age limits, contestants must submit a photocopy of a valid ID card or passport during registration to verify their age.
Age groups are determined by the contestants' birth year, irrespective of their birth month. Ensemble performances are grouped based on the average age of participating members.
03. 參賽者所填之數據必須屬實。如有違規者，其參賽資格將被取消。
Contestants must provide accurate and truthful information. Any violation of this rule may result in disqualification.
04. 對於評審委員會做出之最終比賽結果，參賽者不得提出異議。
Contestants may not dispute the final competition results determined by the judging panel.
05. 參賽者可同時選擇報名多個組別之賽事，但必須清楚地在同一表格上選擇參加之組別，並在【報名費】一欄填寫金額總數。
Contestants are allowed to enter multiple classes simultaneously. They must clearly indicate their chosen classes on the same form and provide the total amount of entry fees.
06. 參賽者已繳納之報名費將不得轉讓他人或作另一項比賽使用。凡已交納費用的選手因個人原因造成不能参加活動的，由選手自行負责，其交納的用不予退還。
The registration fee paid by the contestant is non-transferable and cannot be used for another competition. For any contestant who has paid the fee but is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, the responsibility lies with the contestant, and the fee paid will not be refunded.
07. 參賽者比賽時需演奏報名時填寫的曲目，組委會不負責檢查曲目，若演奏曲目與所填寫的曲目不一致被取消成績，組委會不負此責任者。
Contestants must perform the repertoire listed during registration. The organizing committee is not responsible for checking the repertoire. If the performed repertoire is inconsistent with the registered one, the organizing committee is not liable for any consequences.
08. 如參賽者的演奏超過規定時限，評審委員會有權叫停其演奏。
Performances that exceed the specified time limit may be stopped by the judging panel.
09. 參賽者必須於比賽開始前15分鐘之內到達比賽場地，辦理登記手續。
Contestants must arrive at the competition venue and complete the registration process 15 minutes before the competition starts.
10. 組委會在有必要時可將比賽時間調動，參賽者不得異議。
The competition committee reserves the right to adjust the competition time if necessary, and contestants may not object to the change.
11. 每組分數相同者獎項可並列，某一組別少於10人時，評委有權利按照選手成績評定獎項，部分獎項可能空缺。
In case of a tie in scores within a group, awards can be given to multiple contestants. If a group has fewer than 10 contestants, the judges have the right to evaluate the awards based on the contestants' performances, and some awards may be left vacant.
12. 到報名截止日期為止，如任何一個組別報名人數不足5人，主辦單位有權取消該組別的比賽，擇期統一辦理退費手續，參賽者不得異議。
If any class has fewer than 5 contestants by the registration deadline, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the competition for that class. Refunds will be processed at a later date, and contestants should not object to this decision.
13. 如無特別說明則參賽曲必須背譜演奏，初賽與決賽曲目要求相同。
Unless otherwise specified, all repertoires must be performed from memory. The repertoire requirements for the preliminary and final rounds are the same.
14. 如遇不可抗力因素（如自然災害、政府行為、社會異常事件等），組委會有權更改比賽時間
及場地至其他城市或地區。
In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, or abnormal social events), the organizing committee has the right to change the competition time and venue to another city or region.
15. 特殊退賽申請 Special Withdrawal Application
1）個人突發疾病（高燒、肺炎、骨折外傷等情況）無法參賽，需在開賽日前5天告知並提交區級以上醫院的病例證明，審核通過後全額退款。
If a contestant is unable to compete due to sudden personal illness (such as high fever, pneumonia, fractures, or other injuries), they must notify the organizers and submit a medical certificate from a district-level or higher hospital at least 5 days before the competition. Upon approval, a full refund will be granted.
2）因天氣原因、不可抗力因素（如自然災害等）導致航班、交通停滯無法參賽，需在開賽日前告知並提交航班延誤信息等情況補充說明。
If a contestant is unable to compete due to weather conditions or force majeure factors (such as natural disasters) that cause flight or transportation disruptions, they must notify the organizers before the competition and provide supplementary documentation, such as flight delay information..
▲ 符合以上要求，提供證明文件并審核通過的，參賽名額可保留一年（可轉當年任意賽事的決賽，費用多退少補）。
Provided that the above requirements are met, supporting documents are submitted, and the application is approved, the entry qualification may be reserved for one year (it can be transferred to the finals of any event in the current year, with any overpayment refunded and any shortfall required to be paid).
★ 特別聲明：比賽日當天臨時告知將不接受退款申請。
Special Notice: Refund requests made on the day of the competition will not be accepted.
★ 提交退賽申請後，將在15個工作日內退還相應報名費。
Upon submission of a withdrawal application, the corresponding registration fee will be refunded within 15 working days.
Mainland China contestants must participate in the preliminary round competition organized by their respective provinces. If there is no local preliminary competition, contestants can submit their performance videos to the competition organizing committee for preliminary round assessment. For specific details, please consult the competition organizing committee.
02. 請填妥報名表格、身份證明檔副本、報名費連同本人演奏視頻於2025年5月15日前遞交至賽事組委會，视频未按时递交当弃赛处理。
Contestants should complete the entry form, submit a photocopy of their identity document, entry fee, and a video of their performance to the competition organizing committee before May 15, 2025.，The video was not submitted on time and is being treated as a forfeit.
