Xiongda Jiang(China)
A famous violinist, educator, composer and conductor. He was consultant of Violin Society of Chinese Musicians Association, and violin expert group leader of CMA’s Grading Committee. He was distinguished professor of The People's University of China and the former PLA Art Academy, national first-class performer. In 1949, at the age of 12, he began to work as a violinist in the army. For more than 30 years from 1965, he has served as the Concertmaster of the Navy Song and Dance Orchestra and the Concertmaster of the Armed Forces Combined Orchestra.
Damin Ren (China)
Damin Ren is currently professor of composition and composition theory at Xinghai Conservatory of Music, evaluation expert of Degree Center of the Ministry of Education of China. He has been invited to lecture in China Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and Central Conservatory of Music. A number of his original works have been staged internationally. He has published many monographs, translations, music collections and papers.

I. For all contestants (Including Professional Classes)
01. Contestants must register according to the requirements of their respective classes.
02. In classes with specified age limits, contestants must submit a photocopy of a valid ID card or passport during registration to verify their age. The age is calculated based on the participant's age before December 31, 2023.
03. Contestants must provide accurate and truthful information. Any violation of this rule may result in disqualification.
04. Contestants may not dispute the final competition results determined by the judging panel.
05. In the professional performance class (Top Class and Juvenile Professional Class), the final round of the competition follows an elimination format. All participants who advance to the final round are required to perform the repertoire of the first round. The judges will discuss and announce the list of participants who qualify for the second round of the finals. During the competition, the judges have the authority to select specific movements or pieces from the participants' submitted repertoire for performance.
06. Contestants are allowed to enter multiple classes simultaneously. They must clearly indicate their chosen classes on the same form and provide the total amount of entry fees.
07. Entry fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to others or used for another competition.
08. Contestants must perform the pieces as indicated in their entry form. Once the application is accepted, no changes to the repertoire are allowed, otherwise, the performance will not be scored.
09. Performances that exceed the specified time limit may be stopped by the judging panel.
10. The organizers can assist participants in contacting piano accompanists. If assistance is needed, please contact the organizing committee. Participants are responsible for any associated costs. Alternatively, participants can bring their own piano accompanist.
11. Contestants must arrive at the competition venue and complete the registration process 15 minutes before the competition starts.
12. The competition committee reserves the right to adjust the competition time if necessary, and contestants may not object to the change.
13. In case of a tie in scores within a group, awards can be given to multiple contestants. If a group has fewer than 10 participants, the judges have the right to evaluate the awards based on the contestants' performances, and some awards may be left vacant.
14. If any class has fewer than 5 participants by the registration deadline, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the competition for that class. Refunds will be processed at a later date, and contestants should not object to this decision.
15. Unless otherwise specified, all repertoires must be performed from memory. The repertoire requirements for the preliminary and final rounds are the same.
16. In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, or abnormal social events), the organizing committee has the right to change the competition time and venue to another city or region.
II. For Mainland China contestants only
01. Mainland China contestants must participate in the preliminary round competition organized by their respective provinces. If there is no local preliminary competition, contestants can submit their performance videos to the competition organizing committee for preliminary round assessment. For specific details, please consult the competition organizing committee.
02. Contestants should complete the entry form, submit a photocopy of their identity document, entry fee, and a video of their performance to the competition organizing committee before December 5, 2023. The organizing committee will announce the list of finalists before December 20, 2023.
